The travel grant will support these students in attending catalysis conferences both within and outside South Africa.

With funding of up to R16,500, the grant aims to support the development of young engineers and scientists in the field of catalysis. The funding amount will cover the candidates’ travel expenses, conference registration, and other maintenance costs.

The grant is sponsored by the Catalysis Society of South Africa. Through the grant, these young pioneers will present their research to the international body at the conferences, thereby promoting South African expertise.
